1.1 The controller of personal data is David Kleňha (the "Controller"), operator of the jazztrio.cz website and provider of live music production.
1.2 We process personal data only to the necessary extent and for the necessary period, transparently and in accordance with the GDPR.
1.3 The Controller has not appointed a data protection officer; in all matters you can contact the Controller directly using the contacts above.

4.1 Personal data may be passed, to the necessary extent, to the following categories of recipients (processors):
5.1 When using the services of Google LLC (and possibly Web3Forms), some technical data may be transferred outside the EU, in particular to the USA. The transfer takes place under the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission pursuant to Art. 45 and 46 GDPR.
6.1 We keep personal data only for the period strictly necessary for the given purpose, see the table in Article 3. After this period the data is securely erased or anonymised.
7.1 The website uses cookies in three categories:
7.2 You give cookie consent in the bar shown on your first visit. You can change your decision at any time via the "Cookies" link in the website footer. The website uses so-called Consent Mode, so without consent no analytics or advertising cookies are stored.
8.1 The gallery on the website may show photos and videos from events that have taken place. We publish such materials only with the consent of the people captured in them, or on the basis of a legitimate interest when capturing a public performance.
8.2 If you do not wish a specific photo or video to be published, contact us and we will remove the material without delay.
9.1 We have adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Data is transferred from the website over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
10.1 In connection with the processing of personal data you have the following rights:
11.1 You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@davidklenha.cz or in writing at the contact address. We will handle your request without undue delay, within one month at the latest.
