Prague has plenty of jazz bands. The differences between them are not visible from their websites, because most say the same thing — "professional live music at the highest level". So this article sets out concrete facts about our band: numbers, line-ups, prices and references you can actually decide on.

Corporate evenings and parties
The most common type. It combines background music for the reception, silence during speeches and an evening programme. The recommended line-up is a trio, or a quartet where there is dancing. How such an evening runs is covered in jazz at a corporate party.
Receptions and gallery openings
Listening music, a shorter programme, a smaller line-up — most often a duo or trio, two sets instead of three. More in jazz for gallery openings and receptions.
Hotel and restaurant evenings
Regular and one-off performances in Prague hotels and restaurants. Format, volume and how residencies are arranged are covered in live jazz for restaurants and hotels.
Christmas corporate parties
December is the busiest month of the year. We have jazz arrangements of carols and Christmas standards ready — see Christmas jazz for a corporate party. December dates are best secured in September.
